Dr. Brijesh Rathi earned his post-doctoral research training from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), MA, USA (2016–17). His International exposure was further enriched by the ‘Excellence Award for In-Service Teachers’ (2018) & ‘Institution of Eminence Fellow Award’ from the University of Delhi (2022). Dr. Rathi’s global recognition was solidified with the Fellowship Award-2024 from ‘The National Centre For Infectious Diseases (NCID)’ Singapore and the ‘CAPES-Print Fellowship’ twice at the Ministry of Education, Brazil (2019/2024).

He received the Early Career Research Award (2016) and the DST-Young Scientist Fellowship Award (2010) from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. He also received a UGC-Raman Postdoctoral Fellowship (2016) from the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Dr. Rathi’s impact extends beyond his research. As an Affiliate Professor at the University of Loyola Chicago and the University of Debrecen, Hungary, he has been a guiding light for the next generation of scholars for three years. His commitment to knowledge dissemination is further demonstrated by the short-term credit courses he has conducted at the University of Debrecen, Hungary, and UFRPE, Brazil. Dr. Rathi has supervised four Ph.D. researchers, 20 undergraduate/master’s students, and six post-doctoral researchers. His extensive publication record of over 120 publications and two International patents granted highlight his dedication to advancing scientific knowledge.
